Sayonara Tieria Sensei

Who is currently watching Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei? (I didn't even finish the first season :P) I heard this came out of the episode yesterday.

And it seems like it is a spoof of a previous Animage cover:


And for those who can't read it, the title of the magazine reads, in Gundam 00 fonts, "Sayonara Tieria Sensei". The red text behind is probably "(Ban)shi ni (ataisuru)" Interestingly, only "Shi ni" is there. Come on, he's not dead :P

From what I remember of Zetsubou Sensei, they frequently spoof other films, so I was really laughing at this. Also, the lead character of Zetsubou Sensei, Itoshiki, is voiced by the voice actor of Tieria, only in a more insane tone and a slightly higher pitch.  The name of Itoshiki when read backwards in Japanese is "Zetsubou" or "Despair", and the idea that they replaced it with Tieria's name, and had him wear Itoshiki's outfit, is quite funny :)

Ahaha~ Oh wow, I haven't seen the episode, but I wondered if they were going to do anything Gundam 00 this season...

For those of you who don't watch the show, there was an episode of Zoku SZS where Fujiyoshi (the girl who draws doujinshi) has a Gundam 00 doujinshi with...i think AllelujahxSetsuna on the front lying around her room, and she has a Setsuna figure on her TV.

Ahaha yeah I saw that AllelujahxSetsuna cap before, didn't save it though. Wasn't it a spoof of the magazine cover where Lockon's hand is on Setsuna's shoulder?

I realized them too... But in AllelujahxSetsuna picture, Setsuna looks quite different... :D

I'm a fan of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei! ^^ And I noticed about this...


"Banshi ni atai suru" (famous Tieria's quote) is written there. XD

Wait, wait, there's a *third* season of SZS now? (Obviously I do not pay attention to such things). AWESOME. Must go seek out. I am in my happy place now.

As someone else mentioned, there were some references to 00 in the 2nd series (the Zoku one), in the fujoshi episode. She has lots of anime stuff lying around and one of them is an issue of Pash! with Setsuna and Allelujah on the cover:



And also lots of figurines lying around:




I also remember that somewhere in the 2nd season, sometime after they blew up the planet (they put it back), they had Kamiya voiceover "Zetsubou phase complete" in his Tieria voice. Ah, I love SZS so much.

I've watched this episode but I didn't know what really happened since the sub will be coming several days later. This magazine (or book, I can't tell exactly) was shown when, I don't know whether it's Fujiyoshi or Kitsu, brought it. I couldn't hear clearly what they're talking about because the audio quality is quite low since I watched it online... Perhaps it's about doujinshi or something.
